Ethnic Technical and Vocational College is a three-year higher educational college located in Viengkeo village, Xaythany district, Vientiane capital province. As one of the Chinese language colleges, most diverse, and most affordable colleges.

We proudly serve students from diverse backgrounds, including the Hmong, Khmer, and many other small ethnic communities across Laos. Our mission is to empower local students who have had limited access to educational opportunities, helping them build brighter futures through language and cultural understanding.
